Customer Confirmation for Reset Logon Password

Logon ID	Enter Data Using Virtual Keyboard [About Logon ID] A logon ID is used for logging onto Direct Banking Service. If you have not set (or changed) the logon ID by yourself, your ID printed on the back of your cash card is your logon ID.For the cutomers who changed to a card with Debit Card Service or who reissued the card,if you have not set (or changed) the logon ID by yourself (if you use logon ID only with numbers) , your ID printed on the back of your previous cash card is your logon ID. Change your logon ID by logging on and following the procedure in "Customer Service."
Registered Telephone Number	- - Enter your telephone number registered to Seven Bank for customer confirmation.
