About Logon ID
- A logon ID is used for logging onto the Direct Banking Service. You need to set your own logon ID yourself.
- If you have not set your logon ID yet, please register for the Direct Banking Service via the International Money Transfer App. For information on how to register, check "For First Time Users" above.
- To check or change your logon ID, log on to the Direct Banking Service from gDirect Banking Logon (English)h on the International Money Transfer App, and then click gCustomer Serviceh > gChange Logon ID.h
About Logon Password
- A logon password is used for logging onto the Direct Banking Service.
- Your logon password must contain 6 to 32 alphanumeric (single-byte) characters. (A logon password comprising only letters or only numbers cannot be set. In addition, you cannot set a password that includes your date of birth or registered telephone number, or anything similar that could be easily guessed.)
- Note that when you enter the logon password, it is case-sensitive.
- To change your logon password, log on to the Direct Banking Service from gDirect Banking Logon (English)h on the International Money Transfer App, and then click gCustomer Serviceh > gChange Logon Password.h
* Avoid a password that could be easily guessed by others, such as your name, repeated numeric characters, or your vehicle license plate number.
* In order to prevent unauthorized transactions, change your logon password regularly.
